I just got back from shopping with my mom. We found a new fabric store, and, surprisingly for Kenya, I found what I wanted. It is a periwinkle cotton cloth with stretch to it and I am going to have a swing dance dress made. That's one of the things I love about Kenya: having something custom-made is not super expensive like it is in the States! Then again, in the States, you could probably find most of the things I have gotten made. You can also get shoes custom-made here too. I'm thinking about doing that too. We'll see how much money my parents will let me spend. The amazing thing is that I actually have a place to wear this stuff!
This morning a man in our church called to interview us (an update on how and what we are doing) and he recorded it. It'll be played in church tomorrow morning. Everyone will get to hear our voices and that will be so neat! (I almost wish I could be there, but that would defeat the purpose.) By the way, I can call the States pretty cheaply. So, if you want me to call, tell me your number and times that are good for you, and I'll call.
Banquet is really going great. We have decided on a theme and stuff like that. I think it'll turn out really well.
I think that's about all for now...

Umm... anytime on Saturday works for me except for 2:30-4:40pm (quartet practice), & I'm usually home most of the day on Sunday doing homework. Weekends are obviously the best choice for me (except next Saturday 7ish am-12pm... downtown window painting!) Other than that, my schedule's pretty open on weekends for now... I'd have to check the calender to see about next month...
*Note* I'm going to update my lj right now! It was great to talk to you...
